Many people feel less motivated to work out or have a hard time finding a place to exercise due to most gyms being closed and the limitations set out by the authorities in the hope to stop the virus. This makes it harder to maintain a workout routine and thus might cause a motivation dip.

As a result, it might be challenging to find the motivation to get up and start working out again. Working out during the quarantine is challenging enough, but by finding a workout aligned with your interests, you’ll find it easier to start exercising. To find your motivation to work out during quarantine, you should start by doing short cardio exercises instead of pushing yourself to do exercises that you don’t necessarily enjoy. By having the right essentials such as dumbbells, workout mats, or resistance bands, you get even more motivated to finish your exercises each day. You can easily turn your home into a gym, if that’s what will motivate you to embark on the road to make a daily workout fun again.
